1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in the Go Global Conference and International Trade Expo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend the event.

2. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the registration process and pay any associated fees in full prior to attending the event. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who has not completed the registration process or made the required payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our detailed Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds. The policy outlines the procedures for requesting refunds and any applicable deadlines and fees.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

5.A. Limitation of Liability

Neither The Global Opportunities Committee, the Atlanta Black Chambers, nor any of their affiliated trade associations, industry groups, members, directors, employees, or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or any information, products, or services contained herein, including, without limitation, the “Materials,” even if advised of the possibility thereof. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation attorneys’ fees, lost profits, loss of data, lost income, diminished goodwill, damage to property, and claims of third parties. As a copyright holder, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, income, profit, or goodwill, or damage to property arising out of any use of the materials or performance or implementation of the contents thereof.

The organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring at the event venue. Participants attend the event at their own risk and are advised to take appropriate precautions to protect themselves and their belongings.

6. Service Availability in Foreign Countries

This site may contain references or cross-references to industry services and to standards and specifications that are not available in, or not applicable in, every country.

7. Entire Agreement and Severability of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference any notices contained on this site and constitute the entire agreement with respect to your access to and use of this site. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use

By using this site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions of Use and any additional terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. The Global Opportunities Committee and the Atlanta Black Chambers may terminate this agreement and your access and use of the site or any portion of it in the event of any conduct by you which the organizers in their sole discretion consider to be unacceptable or in the event of any breach by you of the Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to Site and Terms and Conditions of Use

This site and these Terms and Conditions of Use may be changed by the organizers with or without notice. Please review this page on a regular basis for any such changes. Continued use of the site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change.

  • All attendees must register for the Conference through the official registration process.
  • Registrations are non-transferable.
  1. Code of Conduct:
  • Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Conference.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards other attendees, speakers, or staff will not be tolerated.
  1. Photography and Recording:
  • Photography, audio recording, video recording, or any other form of recording is prohibited during sessions and workshops unless explicit permission is granted by the Conference organizers.
  • By attending the Conference, you grant the Conference organizers the right to use any photographs, recordings, or testimonials of you for promotional purposes.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • All materials provided during the Conference, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and digital content, are the intellectual property of the Conference organizers or their respective owners.
  • Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials provided during the Conference for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
  1. Liability:
  • The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the Conference, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or property damage.
  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take appropriate precautions to safeguard them.
  1. Changes to Schedule:
  • The Conference organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, program, or speakers without prior notice.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the Conference organizers may cancel, postpone, or modify the Conference as necessary.
  1. Refund Policy:
  • Refunds for Conference registration fees will be granted according to the refund policy stated on the Conference website.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Conference organizers.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Go Global Conference. By applying to volunteer and participating in our event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Volunteer Responsibilities:
  • Volunteers are expected to fulfill their assigned roles and responsibilities to the best of their abilities.
  • Volunteers must adhere to the instructions provided by the Volunteer Coordinator and other Conference organizers.
  1. Professional Conduct:
  • Volunteers are representatives of the Conference and must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior towards attendees, speakers, fellow volunteers, or staff will not be tolerated.
  1. Commitment:
  • Volunteers must commit to the specified volunteer schedule agreed upon during the application process.
  • If unable to fulfill their volunteer duties, volunteers must notify the Volunteer Coordinator as soon as possible.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Volunteers may have access to sensitive information during their volunteer duties and must maintain confidentiality.
  • Any information obtained during volunteering must not be shared without authorization from the Conference organizers.
  1. Code of Ethics:
  • Volunteers must adhere to the Conference’s code of ethics, which includes promoting diversity, inclusion, and respect for all individuals.
  • Volunteers must avoid conflicts of interest and act in the best interests of the Conference at all times.
  1. Health and Safety:
  • Volunteers are responsible for their own health and safety during the Conference.
  • Volunteers must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the Conference organizers and venue staff.
  1. Termination of Volunteer Status:
  • The Conference organizers reserve the right to terminate the volunteer status of any individual who violates these terms and conditions or engages in misconduct.
  • Volunteers may also request to terminate their volunteer status by notifying the Volunteer Coordinator.
  1. Liability:
  • The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by volunteers during the Conference, except where such loss, injury, or damage arises from the negligence of the Conference organizers.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

By applying to volunteer for the Go Global Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the Go Global Conference. By securing a booth and participating in our event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booth Reservation:
  • Booth reservations are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.
  • Exhibitors must select an appropriate exhibitor package that aligns with their goals and budget.
  1. Payment and Cancellation:
  • Payment for booth space must be made in full at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations made after the specified deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  1. Booth Setup and Display:
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, decoration, and dismantling of their booth space.
  • Booth displays must not obstruct walkways or neighboring booths and must comply with venue regulations.
  1. Brand Representation:
  • Exhibitors must accurately represent their brand, products, and services in their booth display and promotional materials.
  • Misrepresentation or false advertising will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Conference without refund.
  1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
  • Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Any exhibitor selling products or services must ensure compliance with local licensing and tax requirements.
  1. Liability:
  • The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by exhibitors or their representatives during the Conference, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the negligence of the Conference organizers.
  1. Termination of Exhibitor Status:
  • The Conference organizers reserve the right to terminate the exhibitor status of any individual or organization that violates these terms and conditions or engages in misconduct.
  • Exhibitors may also request to terminate their exhibitor status by notifying the Exhibitor Relations team.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • All intellectual property rights associated with the Conference, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of the Conference organizers.
  • Exhibitors must obtain written permission from the Conference organizers to use any Conference-related intellectual property.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

By securing a booth at the Go Global Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Global Opportunities Pitch (GO Pitch) Stage at the Go Global Conference. By applying to pitch your business and participating in our event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility:
  • Participants must represent a business related to trade, investments, or partnerships.
  • To be eligible for the Pitch Stage, the participant’s country must have a pavilion at the event, and they must bring at least 50 supporting fans along with them.
  1. Application Process:
  • Participants must complete the online application form and provide a compelling pitch deck outlining their business model, market opportunity, and growth strategy.
  • Applications must be submitted by the specified registration deadline.
  1. Selection Process:
  • Submissions will be reviewed by our expert panel, and businesses with the most promising potential for impact and growth will be selected to pitch on the GO Pitch Stage.
  • The selection of businesses to pitch on the main stage will be based on the quality and relevance of their pitch, as well as their potential for success.
  1. Pitch Training:
  • Selected businesses will receive pitch training and guidance to ensure a compelling and impactful presentation.
  • Participation in pitch training sessions is mandatory for all selected participants.
  1. Prizes:
  • Prizes awarded to participants are subject to the discretion of the Conference organizers.
  • Winners will be announced on the specified date, and prizes must be claimed within the designated timeframe.
  1. Confidentiality:
  • Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the pitch process.
  • Any information obtained during the pitch process must not be disclosed without prior consent from the Conference organizers.
  1. Liability:
  • The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the Pitch Stage, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the negligence of the Conference organizers.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

By applying to pitch on the GO Pitch Stage at the Go Global Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

  1. Termination of Sponsorship:
  • The Conference organizers reserve the right to terminate the sponsorship of any individual or organization that violates these terms and conditions or engages in misconduct.
  • Sponsors may also request to terminate their sponsorship by notifying the Sponsorship team.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • All intellectual property rights associated with the Conference, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of the Conference organizers.
  • Sponsors must obtain written permission from the Conference organizers to use any Conference-related intellectual property.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

By participating as a sponsor at the Go Global Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, and any citations or references must be properly attributed.
  1. Professional Conduct:
  • Speakers must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during their presentations and interactions with attendees, staff, and fellow speakers.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  1. Intellectual Property:
  • Speakers retain ownership of the intellectual property rights associated with their presentation.
  • By presenting at the Conference, speakers grant the Conference organizers the right to record, reproduce, and distribute their presentation materials for promotional purposes.
  1. Non-Compete Clause:
  • Speakers agree not to promote or endorse competing events, products, or services during their presentation or within the Conference venue.
  1. Liability:
  • The Conference organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by speakers or their representatives during the Conference, except where such loss, damage, or injury arises from the negligence of the Conference organizers.
  1. Termination of Speaker Status:
  • The Conference organizers reserve the right to terminate the speaker status of any individual who violates these terms and conditions or engages in misconduct.
  1. Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
